Iceni Developments is a Norwich based development company specialising in commercial and residential property. The company was formed in 1972 (formerly Kingchem) and has grown from a small company investing in pharmacies to a development company with property assets.
Iceni is also engaged in a consultancy and project management role for a few select clients on both residential and commercial schemes.
Over the years Iceni has developed a range of schemes including medical centres and pharmacies, offices, industrial and retail. In partnership with Ingram Homes a number of residential sites have been developed around Norfolk.
Although Norfolk based the company has carried out developments in other areas including Essex, Peterborough and Cambridgeshire.
The company is situated in the heart of Norwich within a property that was acquired from Norwich City Council and sympathetically restored to provide retail, office and residential accommodation.
