Latest Development: Northumberland Park, Norwich
The conversion of the former clothing factory to 48 residential apartments has now been completed. The scheme proved very popular and won the LABC East Anglia Best Conversion Award in April 2010.
Construction has now started on the 6 new build units on site. These will be finished to the same specification as the converted units with 2 bedrooms.
