Residential Developments

Planning permission has been granted for the conversion of a former clothing factory to 48 residential apartments with a further 6 apartments being constructed in the grounds. 30% of the units will be designated for affordable housing with managed workspace units to the front. Iceni have been appointed to manage the construction and marketing of the scheme.

Planning permission has been granted for the construction of 19 retirement units and 2 retail units in Watton, Norfolk. Iceni will oversee the construction and marketing which commenced in November 2007.

Iceni is acting as consultants to obtain planning permission for the development of the former National Grid Depot. The sites forms part of the larger Utilities Site in the centre of Norwich that is being considered for regeneration. Residential planning permission has been granted for the construction of 5 detached dwellings on the site which will overlook Eaton Golf Club. The scheme will be developed by King Developments Limited with Iceni advising on design, planning and marketing issues. Construction works commenced on Plots 1 and 2 in January 2008.
