Residential planning permission has been granted for the construction of 5 detached dwellings on the site which will overlook Eaton Golf Club. The scheme will be developed by King Developments Limited with Iceni advising on design, planning and marketing issues.
Construction works commenced on Plots 1 and 2 in January 2008.
