The conversion of the former clothing factory to 48 residential apartments has now been completed. The scheme proved very popular and won the LABC East Anglia Best Conversion Award in April 2010. Construction has now started on the 6 new build units on site. These will be finished to the same specification as the converted units with 2 bedrooms. Construction works are well advanced to build 19 apartments for the over 60's as well as 2 retail units. The units are being offered on 125 year leases with management charges being capped for an initial period. Prices start from £99,000 for a one bedroom apartment and they will be completed in October 2010. One of the retail/office units is available to rent.

The scheme has been developed by King Developments Limited with Iceni advising on design, planning and marketing issues. This scheme was completed in April 2010.

Proposed development for demolition of former medical centre and construction of 14 one and two bedroom apartments with associated car parking. The property is currently occupied as a youth centre whilst they seek lottery funding to acquire the property.
