Jerry was appointed a Director in 2009, having joined the company in 2007 as Development and Acquisition Manager. Previously he worked as a development
surveyor at Savills in Norwich for 6 years and as a business space agent at Bidwells for 4 years.
He qualified as a Chartered Surveyor in 1998 having studied Estate Surveying at Nottingham Trent University.
His role is to identify new development opportunities and to manage them through to completion.
This usually involves obtaining planning permission and managing the marketing of the finished development.
